Surrounded by a cosy residential area, the cafe is a corner lot that is next to a low wall which is hiding a lush green area with a lake behind it. The existing site elements inspired us to provide a space that is cosy and surround the space with landscape as well.

By using the same selected mosaic tiles throughout the outdoor and indoor space, which makes the space feel more spacious and consistent. A curve gypsum ceiling is applied to echo the curve detail which can be found in the overall space and is convenient to conceal services on top of it. Lastly, a large membrane light is installed on top of the bar counter to act as a focus piece while retaining a clean ceiling with efficient lighting.
